Agro Dairy and Azerbaijan Technological University Sign a Memorandum of Cooperation

A meeting was held between representatives of Agro Dairy and Azerbaijan Technological University (ATU). The meeting focused on expanding university–industry collaboration, increasing internship opportunities for students, and supporting research and innovation activities.
During the meeting, the parties discussed strengthening cooperation between academia and industry, promoting workforce development in line with the demands of the modern labor market, and implementing joint initiatives.
The meeting was attended by Sahil Hamidov, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation; Togrul Sadiqov, Advisor for Strategic Development and Digitalization; Rovshan Aliyev, Advisor for University–Industry Relations; Mehman Ismayilov, Dean of the Faculty of Food Engineering; and Elnur Ahmadov, Director of the Innovation Center, representing ATU.
Agro Dairy was represented by Fatima Taghiyeva, Member of the Board and Chief Human Resources Officer, who led the company's delegation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Agro Dairy and Azerbaijan Technological University signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The memorandum covers collaboration in student internship programs, joint training sessions and seminars, the development of modern educational programs, support for research activities, the inclusion of graduates in the company's talent pool, and the expansion of career opportunities.
The agreement also provides for the establishment of an Agro Dairy lecture hall at the university, the organization of professional development programs based on the principle of continuous learning, and joint initiatives to introduce innovative solutions in food technology into industrial production.
This partnership represents an important step toward strengthening collaboration between academia and industry, supporting the professional development of young specialists, and promoting innovation across the agri-food sector.
